Online chess classes for kids in the USA
Live classes with a real coach, twice a week, in English, Telugu or Hindi. We teach from India; your child joins from home in any US state.
If you want a structured chess course with homework and tests, and a coach who can also speak to your child in Telugu or Hindi, our classes give both.
Everything is online on Microsoft Teams. Prices are shown in US dollars, and class times are shown in your own time zone, so there is nothing to convert.
What suits families in the USA
Weekend mornings line up
Saturday and Sunday mornings in the US are evening in India, so those are the easiest class times to find.
English, Telugu or Hindi
Choose the language your child is most comfortable in. It is also a way to keep the home language in use.
Prices in US dollars
The website shows dollar prices outside India, before you pay anything.
One course, tested at every level
Seven levels, each ending in a test, so you always know where your child stands.
US time against India time
India does not change its clocks, so the gap moves by one hour when US daylight saving starts and ends.
| Your time | The coach's time |
|---|---|
| 9:00 am Eastern (New York) | 6:30 pm in India in summer, 7:30 pm in winter |
| 9:00 am Central (Chicago, Dallas) | 7:30 pm in India in summer, 8:30 pm in winter |
| 8:00 am Pacific (California, Seattle) | 8:30 pm in India in summer, 9:30 pm in winter |
These are examples of how the clocks compare, not a timetable. On the demo booking page every time is already shown in your own time zone.
