Online chess classes in Telugu for kids
A child learns fastest in the language they think in. Our coaches teach chess live in Telugu, twice a week, to children in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Telugu families anywhere in the world.
In a Telugu batch the coach explains every idea in Telugu, asks questions in Telugu and listens to answers in Telugu. The chess words themselves (fork, pin, castling, checkmate) are taught in English, because that is what your child will hear in every tournament.

Two live classes a week
Each class is 60 minutes with a real coach on Microsoft Teams, on two fixed days at one fixed time.
Small batches
Up to 10 children, grouped by level and age, so the coach knows every child.
Homework after every class
5 puzzles on the website and a small task. The coach checks them at the start of the next class.
7 levels, each with a test
98 lessons from how the pieces move to tournament play. A test at the end of each level shows what your child has learned.
Reports for parents
A progress update on WhatsApp in your language, and a dashboard with lessons, puzzles, homework and attendance.

Is the whole class in Telugu?
The coach teaches and talks with the children in Telugu. The names of chess moves and tactics are taught in English, as they are used in every tournament, and explained in Telugu.
My child understands Telugu but studies in English. Which batch is better?
Either works. Tell us in the free demo which language your child is most comfortable speaking, and the coach will suggest the batch.
We are a Telugu family living abroad. Can we join a Telugu batch?
